We created a Financial Entertainment (FE) game development platform to enable game developers to bring their wondrous creativity, user centric approach and ability to create fun into the financial world. We provide the FE games SaaS to financial service providers, digital publishers, FinTechs, EdTechs, and more, allowing them to distribute FE games to their customers, for the purposes of broadening financial inclusion and addressing financial literacy with fun and relevant customer engagements.

Tradelite is an early stage startup founded by serial entrepreneurs who have disrupted the market many times in the FinTech and digital banking space. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our emerging commercial team. Our mission is to bring financial markets and financial services into fun video games by creating a FE game development and game management platform.

You will have an essential role in selling our innovative Game SaaS solutions that are highly usable, efficient, scalable and reliable. As a Tradelite Senior Account Executive you seek and build relationships with corporate decision makers to sell Tradelite’s products and services within the following sectors:

  • Financial services
  • Media publishing
  • Game publishing
  • International regulators and policy influencers
  • Strategy consultancy
  • B2B platforms and application marketplaces for distribution.
Your geographical focus spans from Europe to Southeast Asia, and to North America. Tradelite is a global concept that will attract global customers. Your prime focus is to contribute to the mission of quickly building up a referenceable customer base that addresses the business areas listed earlier.

As a senior sales representative of Tradelite we anticipate leveraging your existing network to accelerate our footprint. As we are keen to explore new areas and locations, your thoughts on a successful penetration strategy are welcome.

be a part of the international sales organization and report directly to the CCO. be a customer-facing professional who directly contributes to relationship-building, portfolio growth, and revenue generation. keep your B2B sales-pipelines full and flowing. own “your” sales pipeline that reflects the health, profitability, and future growth of Tradelite. Tradelite`s survival will depend on your professional performance. move prospects from start to finish of the sales process. deepen the relationship to acquired customers. align your daily workflows, tasks, and activities with a pre-designed sales process, managing a sales-pipeline. be co-responsible for the continuous improvement of Tradelite’s solution and software design. collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, IT Infrastructure / security / operational experts to ensure you can communicate accurately to our prospects and customers and to enable smooth customer onboarding processes which can stand the comparison to Solution-as-a-Service market leaders. support product management and the whole Tradelite team by delivering market feedback. co-create standards for how integrations and micro services are designed and developed.

a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing or other similar discipline. 5+ years of professional working experience in total, excluding internships, work-student, training or school project positions. 3+ years of working experience within B2B software or SaaS industries providing highly scalable self-service enterprise solutions; preferably in a startup environment. strong business acumen. passion about what you do. tact and respect in your social media profiles and interactions. a positive track record at previous employments including time-spent, dedication and a positive exit relationship when you seek new opportunities. the required skills plus strong learning ability and appetite. strong demonstratable sense of responsibility and ownership for your actions and your role. experience with Salesforce solutions. a proven track record to close deals. strong understanding, experience and know-how of sales-related legal practices and implications in contracting. broad knowledge of technology, technical products and processes. excellent communication skills in speaking and writing in both English and the pre-dominant language of the covered market.
