We are looking for a full stack Senior Solution Architect (m/f/d) to join our engineering team. Our mission is to bring financial markets and financial services into fun video games by creating a vibrant FE game ecosystem.
You will have an essential role in creating innovative Game SaaS solutions that are highly usable, efficient, scalable and reliable.
Our technology stack is built to create scalable services, with a specific focus on performance and efficiency to serve players across the globe. Server-side, it includes Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, REST, Swagger, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Tableau and many others. Game-side, it involves TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3, C# and Unity (WebGL, iOS, Android).
Be a part of the technology organization and report directly to the CTO.
Be responsible for the continuous solution and software design conceptualization and implementation of a global Game SaaS platform, user interfaces and technical interfaces.
Design, create and execute software solutions that addresses business and user needs.
Work with third-party game studios to develop Proof-of-Concepts.
Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, IT Infrastructure / security / operational experts to ensure you can deliver usable, efficient, scalable and reliable solutions that enable us to meet business goals.
Support the engineering team throughout the software delivery lifecycle, from concept to production and beyond.
Define and refine the tools and standards for how integrations and micro services are designed and developed.
Participate in the hiring process.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering or other comparable discipline.
5+ years of professional working experience in end-user centric software development environment, excluding internships, work-student, training or school project positions.
3+ years of working experience in software development with the following technologies: Java Spring Boot, OAuth2, Hibernate, Maven, Swagger/Open API, Docker, Clustercache.
Proven track record in designing and creating cloud-based SaaS solutions, REST APIs, web applications and mobile applications.
Experience working with Unity.
Experience with web and mobile game development.
The ability to commend SQL query languages (PostGreSQL, Hibernate).
Generally broad knowledge of development languages, frameworks, container technology and databases (incl. NoSQL, Flyway, test automation).
Strong understanding of good software development practices and agile software development methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills in speaking and writing.
Strong learning ability and appetite.
